So if you’re looking at their 2x2s, don’t expect to benefit from the gate or internet access or many other amenities they promise. When my roommate and I moved in, the unit looked absolutely nothing like what we were shown. Especially considering that they are doing it to intentionally misrepresent the premises. I work in real estate and that would never fly in the real world. They also outright refused to show me a 2x2 unit prior to signing, which should have been the first red flag. So if you’re a student, good luck getting any work done in your apartment. They also do not supply working internet, despite the fact that the lease holds them responsible for it. Every single thing the leasing agents promised over the phone prior to signing, has not been delivered on. They shamelessly violate Florida real estate housing laws, but that’s not surprising considering I have only lived here 3 months and they have already violated my lease a number of times and think they’re above the law.
